Martin impressed from the start by answering his phone; no voice mails, nor contact by email only. He came on site to see if he could do the job and determine what was required. He did great job of sourcing, supplying and replacing older faucet cartridges, tub spout and drain. He encountered challenges due to the age, yet took it on.
